Since qualifying as a nurse in 2004 I have worked in acute, community and primary care settings. In 2011 I completed my Specialist Community Public Health Nursing Qualification as a Health Visitor and this is when I also developed my interest in education and learning. Having successfully completed by PGCert in professional education, I moved away from clinical roles and since 2016 have worked with CCG’s and HEE to drive the primary care workforce education and development agenda through engagement with Primary Care Training Hubs. I am a supporter of Primary Care and believe that with access to high quality learning opportunities Greater Manchester Primary Care will continue to expand as a career destination of choice.
