NHS England North West RePAIR Hub – resources for Healthcare Students and Educators

The NHS England  North West RePAIR (Reducing Pre registration Attrition and Improving Retention) Hub has now been launched. This hub is a centralized place to access, showcase and share North West best practice initiatives which aim to reduce pre-registration attrition and promote a smooth transition from learner to registrant. Resources include a civility and respect for students toolkit; access to health and wellbeing and transition to professional practice resources; a confidence development toolkit; resources to nurture kindness in student facilitation; enhanced pastoral support best practice examples; updates on current RePAIR and reducing student attrition regional NHS England projects and showcase examples of preceptorship offers.

 

RePAIR stands for reducing preregistration attrition and improving retention. The hub includes toolkits, information and best practice initiatives relating to civility and respect for students, enhanced pastoral support for students, transition to professional practice, NHS England-funded projects to support paused nursing students to return to programmes and information on preceptorships.

 

Anyone with an NHS email address or a university email address can access or register to use the NHS Learning Hub here. Registered OpenAthens users can access the NHS Learning Hub using their OpenAthens account.
