Primary Care Integrated Development Programme (PC IDP)

This BRAND NEW FULLY FUNDED PROGRAMME is available to anyone in primary care.

The programme comprises a variety of sub-programmes, including leadership and other ‘soft skills’ classes, quality improvement, and profession-specific clinical learning.

PCI Level 3 Accredited Coaching and Mentoring

Fully funded 4-day PCI accredited Health coaching course from GMTH is now available as part of the PC IDP.

This course is delivered in person and will be split between two sets of 2-day in person training delivered.

The course is available for all of primary care, but priority will be given to Health Coaches and Social Prescribing Link Workers.

A two-year pick and mix variety of interlinking fully funded educational programmes for all members of primary care (General Practice, Community Pharmacy, Dentistry and Optometry), clinical and non-clinical, running from October to September every year with three onboarding points throughout the year.
